The primary goal is to collect enough items to create 500 packages for the Veterans this year. Each year, the number of Veterans we serve at the Stand Down increases by approximately 10-15 percent (last year we provided supplies for 400 Veterans).
The secondary goal to have all the items collected by the end of July or beginning of August so the entire unit can participate in assembling the bags .

February 18: Swim quals have been scheduled from 1 - 5 p.m. at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium.
Girls must wear 1 piece bathing suit... Boys must wear swimming trunks. NO CUT OFFS.
Bring a towel, your swim suit, and your PFT gear. We usually run the mile for PFT while there.
If you want to lock your stuff in a locker in the locker room, you must bring a lock.
All Young Marines must have your Young Marine ID.
If you are older than 16 you must have your State ID (i.e. Driver License or State ID).

Face painting and colored hair spray are free of charge. If you do not want your YM to have this done, please let us know before hand.
The unit will provide YM with $10.00 with a food. If you want to bring your owen money you can, but YM will be responsible for it.
